Come see the Bedell Family YMCA Expansion

The new wellness center 2nd floor includes 1,300 square feet and over 7,000 pounds of weight. New power rack, plate loaded leg press, T-Bar row, Bench press and additional incline/decline benches and more.

The expansion allowed for the additon of the newest trends in carido equipment on the main floor, including spin bikes, rowing machines, Alternative Motion Trainers and Life Fitness treadmils. Three ab strech platforms, four ab coasters and a secondary set of dumbbells/benches compliment our large selection of Cybex equipment.
